We would like to warmly invite you to the DPCW online seminar, which will be held on February 22nd at 3 PM(Thailand time).

The DPCW (Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War) is a new legal framework developed by legal experts from 15 countries to end war. 

*As a special guest, Honorable UN Ambassador, 

Mr. Dionisio Babo Soares will give a speech in the seminar.*
